This project involved the redevelopment of an additional 2.0 acre site at the former Samuel Adams
Brewery complex in Jamaica Plain. Bayassociates developed the civil site parking layout, drainage,
utilities, and sewer connection plans. Mr. Abriam served as the Principal Civil Engineer for the project.

This project involved the improvement at an elderly housing complex to resolve outstanding site issues.
Bayassociates conducted an investigation of the infrastructure systems and developed civil site grading and
drainage remedial plans. Bayassociates also developed landscape architecture plans to enhance the
appearance and functionality of the site. Mr. Bayas served as the Principal Civil Engineer for the Project.

This project involved the redevelopment of a 3.5 acre site at the former Samuel Adams Brewery complex
in Jamaica Plain. Bayassociates developed the civil site plan for parking layout and grading, drainage and
utilities, water and sewer connections, and site landscape architecture plans. Bayassociates also prepared
the structural plans for the rehabilitation and conversion of a 4 story on site industrial building into
commercial space. Mr. Bayas served as the Principal Civil Engineer for the Project.

Bayassociates was contracted as the structural engineer for the conversion of a former industrial building
into a new four story office complex in Dorchester. Bayassociates conducted a building condition
assessment and developed structural framing plans, details and specifications for construction. Mr.
Feldman served as the Principal Structural Engineer for the Project.
